What do these Google reviews mean for you?

This page explains what one public review source can and cannot show. Every review entry here comes from Google. A clinic visit still has to answer the medical questions.

What can a review tell you?

A review may describe scheduling, staff contact, or a visit to the office. Several comments about the same practical issue may give you a question to ask. Read the newest comments on Google because public pages can change. The written details may be more useful than the overall number.

Check that the clinic name and city match the office you meant to find. A business with several offices can have a separate page for each location. Don't assume one office has the same comments as another.

What can’t a rating tell you?

A rating can't show what caused another person's soreness. It doesn't say whether that person had the same joint problem as you. It also doesn't show which treatment was used.

The number can't replace an exam or review of your health history. It won't tell you whether surgery, exercise, or another option makes sense. Those answers depend on the joint and what earlier care has done. A visit should connect the exam findings to every option offered.

What belongs on your clinic list?

Write down questions raised by the comments instead of copying only the rating. Ask about appointment time, follow-up, cost, and help after the visit. Tell your regular doctor when medicines or other health problems could affect care.
